Eco Yarn

We received our shipment of Cascade Eco yarn this past week. This is a great deal - 400 plus yards of wool in a bulky weight for $15.95 in natural colors. Way cool!!

We also got in Magnum which is a super bulky roving type yarn that knits on 17 or 19 size needles. Several free downloads on the Cascade site for this one.

We continue to keep the shop bookshelves full. There are tons of books and topics to choose from.

January Class Schedule

The January Class Schedule is available. Email if you need a copy. The wristlet class is on Wednesday, January 7 and the cabled & bobbled scarf is on January 19. They are both fun projects.

There is also a Kid's Wristlet class on Saturday, January 10.

No excuse...

For all those who don't cross stitch or do other needle work because their eyes are not what the used to be - we just received some really cool lights. They clip on to your work or sit right next to it. Some even have magnifying lenses. I have one of these and I love it. Come in and see for yourself.

On Line Sock Yarn

We finally have received the 6 ply sock yarn from On Line. The colors are beautiful and the patterns fun. You have got to knit a pair - even I might.

Elsebeth Lavold, Queensland and Esther Bitran

These are the names of the newest yarns in stock. We have Silk Flamme, Baby Llama and Silky Wool from Elsebeth with lots of pattern books to match. We have Kathmandu Aran Tweed, Rustic Tweed, Merino Spray and Wave from Queensland. Esther Bitran is a hand dyed wool in 3 weights that is just awesome. Come in and enjoy the color.
